I kept meaning to look up M C Escher... thank you! Will have to check out the site as I love optical illusions!

Yeah, yeah, nerdy, I know. ;)

He didn't reference Tolkien! How could he miss that out! But I won't hold a grudge. It's just that my dad loves Tolkien's work.

Well, not in the SONG... but check the blog entries at White and Nerdy'sMySpace page
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

Haha, I forgot about that...so technically the Tolkien references WERE in the video...you just had to have very good eyesight and be ultra observant...;)

Good. I'm glad he thought of us fantasy nerds as well as sci fi nerds.

Well, he did mention D&D, pretty much the pinnacle of fantasy nerdiness.

"Got skills, I'm a champion at D&D"

Second line in the first verse.

I should count the nerdy references that apply to me. Ok ... zero on the anything refering to being smart in math. But, D&D - yep. I was even a Dungeon Master for one game. - hated it.
Deep down, I'm really very shallow.

Accessing my inner blond since 2007.
