You are right; this pic was taken at the premiere of Spike & Mike's Sick & Twisted Animation! in La Jolla, CA in October 2006. PARENTAL WARNING: The girl getting the autographs drops the F-bomb at least once.

Did you notice how carefully Al was signing, so that nothing but the pen actually touches her boob?

At 00:50 you can see that it was Suzanne who actually took the photo that Al posted on TwitPic.

The recent TwitPic of some chick getting her boobs signed by Al AND Suzanne appears to have been taken within some sort of museum, and should put to rest any questions of how gracious Al would be to say hi to / sign autographs for his fans during his "off" time...

Yes, a couple of people on TwitPic also suggested that it looked like they were in a museum or art exhibit. Well, now we know this was not taken during Al's "off" time, but it WAS taken in the La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Art. (Scroll about 2/3 of the way down the page to find the 8/16/06 blog entry.)
