I have to say, I like the pictures you're adding in to the countdown, Dave.

When this is all said and done I think perhaps the more interesting revelation will be any song that didn't make it. I'm pretty sure Al has more than 131 songs, but not many more.

There definitely are some songs that didn't make the countdown. And the countdown includes some non-album tracks (as just revealed) too.

I was thinking the same thing, El. It sure looks like almost every Al song made the list. Probably even "Syndicated Inc."

According to the list at alsongs.com, there are 186 Al songs. I realize that that is incomplete and it even contains some duplicates, like the Extra Gory version of TNSWC, but it's probably a good estimate.
That means there are roughly ~50 songs that didn't make the cut. I'm guessing this number includes a lot of early rarities and food medley songs.
EDIT: I think the "When I Was Your Age" one was mine! I know it was on my list, but I don't remember where I had it. It must have been mine since it only had four points.

I can't wait to see the rest of the list, Dave. I'm really excited to see what songs made the countdown.

"Cell Phones" is the first one revealed from my list. I had it at #17.
Dave
edit: That's all for today. The countdown resumes tomorrow!

Fantastic! This is exciting!
I am pleased to say that none of the songs I have chosen are on the list yet.

Cell phones beat out all those other ones?

That's funny!
I think "That Boy Could Dance" was mine as well. I included a lot of songs that I don't think anyone else picked. I prefer Al's humor when it's more subtle and ironic, like in "When I Was Your Age," more than the songs that are just zany and silly.
