Have like a normal Bday box, then inside, have a big ole pair of lips, and inside those have the book, like russian nesting dolls....

YEAH!!!! or you could make the book shaped like lips... I kind of like the box idea better though....
Oh i was thinking, on the front, you should have the words flanked by spatulas... Like how sometime there are streamers or party hats ... spatulas... ohhhhh or a big streched out accordion over the top... both might be kindof overstimulating though...
