I was just saying if I printed to business cards from the weird al star website, they would be on printer paper, therefore really flimsy and junky. If they were laminated they would be more sturdy. But now I think a better plan is to get professionally made business cards instead of printing them.

But yeah, put both of them on there because people will recognize me by my screename ;-)
Okey-dokey!

I have started printing name badges:

STATUS:

Rock Hall Field Operatives for Kings Island

COMPLETED:

bigdawg72987 (name included)

weirdalgurl (name included)

kaffy© (name included)

These are now printed and ready to be stuffed and mailed so as to avoid any unnecessary stupidity on my part at the venue (still sorry, weirdalgurl)!

Pending the arrival of more badge holders...I may be able to print more badges for others attending this venue.

Stay tuned for further developments....

I asked this earlier, but is there someone for the petition drive that contacts the venues and asks if they are ok with us taking signatures. King's Island just changed management last year, and should someone contact them and ask if they are ok with us doing signatures??

Greg always checks with the venues to make sure it's okay.

Guess I should chime in that I will be attending the show along with my boyfriend Alchav. Should be a great time! Since this is the weekend before my birthday, the partying will be starting early! I scored a nice room about 15 minutes away for Friday and Saturday, so YAY! The water park is included with admission at King's Island, isn't it? I think it's separate at Cedar Point...bring lots of sunscreen!

Gotta love those Ticketmaster fees, tho. They did get the tickets out much faster than I was expecting. But for the "handling" fees, I think some shirtless hunk should have delivered them personally on the back of an elephant...or something.

Anyways...We are in Section 3, Row B, Seats 7 & 8. Come up and say HOWDY, won't you?????
/end rambling

Since I'm coming to this one alone.... I need to meet up with some folks of similar plans...I don't do wooden roller coasters unless Al or a band member holds my hand.

Vortex is a can-do! So is the White River Canyon, or whatever they call it now & Log Flume.

I LOVE the old Coney section of K.I. (Especially the "Octopus" which is the Monster, I think.)

I WILL wear a swimsuit, although there is more to me than I care to show!

Carole....Susie....any takers!

I really don't want to waste being able to spend the day at K.I. just because I don't have any friends....

ROCK & ROLL HOF VOLUNTEER UPDATE:

weirdalgurl & kaffy©....did you receive your badges?

bigdawg....I need your address via PM if you want me to mail it to you before the big day.

Getting closer!
