They really does suck. If Mad is going to include Al in an issue, he should at least be used for a joke that's actually funny, not like this or the "Pretty Fly For A Dead Guy" gag they had a couple years ago.

This might have been mentioned before, but I was reading an old issue of Mad today and found an Al reference in one of the issues many Harry Potter satires. I'll scan it and post a pic tomorrow, but it was a spoof of HP + The Prisoner of Azkaban, and the panel had Crabbe, Goyle, Malfoy and Prof. Trelawney, with Crabbe saying "This school's in trouble when the professors start using the same makeup and hair people as "Weird Al" Yankovic!"

If you love Mad Magazine, it's worth getting. But don't get this just for Al's intro. Read it in the store instead! 8)
