I wonder, what programs do you use to make these parody covers? My computer's paint program is acting up a bit, so I started one but can't get it how I want it.

I use PhotoImpact to do all of my graphical things. It takes some getting used to and can't do everything that PhotoShop can do but I LOVE it now! It's great.
