Ok, fine, Tony. You win.
Yay, I win. I'm gonna use my winnings to paint those hosts' houses some stupid color they hate.

This is the reason I've always wanted someone to nominate me for this show. $5000 worth of clothing (returnable if you really do hate it that much, but you probably won't), a great hair cut I could never afford on my own, a make-up lesson...WooHoo! I'd put up with a little public humiliation for that. Heck, you don't have to dress the way they want you to once you get home.Tony_Goldmark @ October 21, 2008 09:18 pm wrote: I don't know for SURE of course, but if $5000 worth of easily-eBay-able goods were on the table, hell, I'd play along too.
Well, yeah. But you'd be doing it nekkid since they take all your clothes.Tony_Goldmark @ October 21, 2008 10:18 pm wrote: I don't know for SURE of course, but if $5000 worth of easily-eBay-able goods were on the table, hell, I'd play along too.
Clothes are clothes. They exist to keep us warm and hide our shame, and anything beyond that is conjecture and opinion, not fact, no matter how many cameramen surround you.
I say she looked fine before and she looks fine after;
a great hair cut I could never afford on my own,
I dunno about Brian Haley not acknowledging his TWAS appearances. He friend requested me, and the only way I think he would have found me was through Al's page. I dont know of any other connection I have to him. Unless he just did a search on comedy, I have that listed in my intrests, but I do believe it's because of being on Al's page. Why dont we try to get an Ask Brian section?algonacchick @ October 22, 2008 02:02 pm wrote: I found this rather amusing. Al's pal, Brian Haley, aka the Hooded Avenger, has a myspace page. Under the tv show listings, he has about 5 different shows that he has appeared in listed, with details about each one. Two of the shows are The Tonight Show and Wings, but there is no mention of the Weird Al Show. After the last listing he just says "and many others" and provides a link to his imdb page. I think it was Helen who found something about Brian a while back that gives the impression he doesn't like to acknowledge this. Anyway, even though he doesn't list The Weird Al Show on his page, four people who were invloved with the show are on his top friends list. There's Al, of course, Judy Tenuta, Gilbert Gottfried and Emo Phillips. Go figure.

I don't have a place to post this, but I just wanted to give a shout out for Mike Maheu, who appeared last night on Jeopardy! and he won, so he'll be on again tonight. He's married to a co-worker of mine, and he's a Weird Al fan who you'll always find at any San Diego Al concert. I've had him sign the rock hall petition. He's a really nice guy. Go, Mike!
