Drooling Over Al 5.0

Are they threatening intervention because my family is already there.

No, because I keep my drooling strictly to my LJ and this page. There's only one girl of my LJ friends I hang out with in real life, and she's not the intevention type (meaning that she's awesome). My parents don't really know what I do all day on the internet (which is okay, because I'm a damn grownup), and I keep my Al-listening to my iPod.

It also helps that, unlike in the States, nobody really knows who Al is around here. I didn't really know that much about him until a few months ago. Thank God for YouTube!

But yeah, there's been a few times when I wished there really was an Al-oholics Anonymous line I could call. Because, in spite of the hotness and the much-deserved drooling, this is an addiction.

That picture was beyond hot! That is another one of my favorite looks for him...hair slightly pulled back...*sigh*

And the don't even mess with me glare coming from over those glasses...

AlejandraDD...so you are a closet Al enthusiast! I know that there are 12 steps to go through to cure yourself of this addiction. They are...WHO CARES ABOUT THE STEPS...PICTURES...I NEED MORE PICTURES!

haha, yeah, I wish I had been backstage. I was at home watching that awards show instead, and drooling all over myself. I just know it was from backstage, what with the backdrop behind Al and all. Pretty darned hot.

Didn't even notice the backdrop, had to go back and look at the pic again...not that I minded! I was to busy drooling over the eyes and the hair!

Well, I wasn't really looking at Elvis...

Ok, just because it's such a great photo, and because the wonderful person who took the original version of it was so nice in letting me change the sign however I want, this is a special message I sent to Louise earlier on mypsace:

birthday greetings from Al!

The original photo was indeed taken after that same parade. The sign originally said "Katie is right" on it. Just for her to show her friends, so that they would no longer question her Al knowledge. Gotta love the expression. I would really love to be able to find the original photo. It was so great, and huge! I am considering just having the sign say "Happy Birthday!" on it, and using it for any gal who'd like a special message on her birthday.
