No, he hasn't. Jerry Springer was a parody, not a style parody.

I had guessed the Fingertips idea before Bermuda supposedly said someone had guessed it. So he could have been referring to my suggestion.

It might not be Fingertips specifically, but it might be TMBG.

What were the other suggestions? Daft Punk? (That's a no.) Any others?

Probably a long list as he may have meant any song in the Album 13 speculation thread, styles we wish Al would do, etc.

I think it's likely that he pays more attention to the spoiler forum than the speculation. And when he says "guessed" that makes me think it was a specific guess about a specific song, rather than mere speculation about what Al might do.

Here's a list of everything that's been guessed in this topic:

Kraftwerk, The Killers, Daft Punk, TMBG (Fingertips).

The song didn't sound like any of those four to me. Could be anything though.

1) JNN's source would have told me it was several different bits chopped together.
2) Bermuda said at AlFest that someone on WOWAY had guessed it already.
3) It's stupid.

Its not stupid. Its meant to be played with the cd on shuffle. That way every time you listen to the album its a different experience. Although I guess any cd on shuffle provides a unique experience every time.

Having Fingertips on my iPhone has added to this experience even more than the Johns ever intended. Now I hear little bits of Fingertips scattered throughout my listening experience.

I think Grom meant the idea of doing a style parody of Fingertips is stupid, not Fingertips itself.
