They used TV slogans such as "Buy now, don't wait" in normal speech, and they fought to Dare to be Stupid.

OK, im gonna be a selfish British person now.
We NEVER see Al on TV (except in cartoon form) cause we dont get the same channels!

If Al hits England when he next tours (and I know im in for a bit of a wait there, he needs to relaaax first 8) ) I'd love to see him on something like the Jeremy Kyle show, or a guest on a panel show like 'Never Mind the Buzzcocks'. That would be fantastic.

Those names probably mean nothing to you guys but, hey, before Al was on it I had no idea that Talk Soup was a real show!

You may know it now as "The Soup" hosted by Joel McHale. Years ago they used all talk show clips, hence the "Talk" part of the title. And they had a brief part with reality clips, since there weren't that many at the time. Now the show has flip flopped to be reality clips and a brief talk show bit. Personally I like this version better. But how I do miss seeing Aisha Tyler every week.

He might, especially because a small part of his fan base includes kids, who probably also like Spongebob. (I have a five year old cousin who loves Spongebob and Al)

Lol, well shows how limited my knowledge of American TV is!

Oh and I'd love Al on Spongebob! Spongebob makes such frequent apperances in Als live shows, its only fair for Al to return the favour. :Y

I don't think it's impossible.. however improbable.
I just don't see how it would fit into the (non-existent) story-line.
However, Al has done plenty of stuff with Nickelodeon.
He played at that 10th Anniversary of I think Nick Mag TV special, as well as done a few things for Nick Mag. I know I have an issue somewhere that has a big pull out thing of a ton of celebrities (most of whom I could care less about) with signatures and little Happy Birthday Nick Mag comments.

If I can find it, I'll try to scan it in.

:lookaround:
Yeah... I grew up on Nickelodeon.
Be-be-beaver fever... Meow.
It's better than bad, it's good!
Um... maybe I need to grow up some more...

Al could always play a character in Spongebob...
