Yeah, I typed MIA originally and it changed it...
Anyway, I don't remember all the details (those are on the 'Unreleased Songs' discography), but I am aware that it was submitted on a tape alongside "Orgy On My Own". Unfortunately, only this song seems to have been played on the air. Someone just turned up the Dr. D episode where it aired, though the beginning of the song was cut off.

Wow, I always thought it was "mia," too, and that "mia" just referred to the early part of Al's career for some reason.

He didn't write that song (to my knowledge); I believe it was a Damaskas composition, and he just shared vocal duties with Bill Mumy and Al.
