Is anyone else having a hard time finding Al-TV on their DVR? I just looked at my family's DVR on both VH1s on next Friday at 8 and didn't see anything.

EDIT: Never mind, I found it.

But who wants Britney in tears (again)? It seems to me that if Al uses FedEx, he's just jumping on the bashing bandwagon. But, it would definitely be interesting.

Am I the only one who's hoping Al will show some fan love and play some of the fan-made videos that have been making the round on the net, like the LEGO Hardware Store vid, the Warcraft Amish Paradise and (selfishly, i know) my "You're Pitiful" clip?

Truthfully, that would be awesome, and a nice tribute to the fans...kind of like whenever he did the "mail bag" segments on the old AL TVs or Al Music specials, the names of the folks requesting vids or asking questions were well known Al fans (well, at least back in the day)...Karl Ditmar, Carlotta Barnes, etc...

i don't think that's going to happen. If he does play any fan videos at all, he'll probably play the W&N fan video, since its from SOL. But he probably won't play things from older ALbums.

It would be an interesting idea, but Al would probably have to secure some sort of rights to show those, since he doesn't officially own them. Plus, he only has an hour for the whole show. There's really not enough time to show fan videos.

The fan videos are right where they belong...on the internet. They shouldn't really get a part in Al's show.
taste is only something if it is yours.

I agree, the internet is the place for fan-created stuff. Also, I think Yahoo! has the rights to that W&N fan video, so doubt that would be on their either.
