Nope; at the moment I wrote the letter to be sent, plain old envelopes were all I had. I don't mind either way, though.

I sent Al a letter way back in my freshman year of high school and i havent gotten anything sent back. Has any one else sent a letter to Al and if so, how long did it take you to get a reply?

I sent him a birthday card last year and haven't got anything back yet, but I think that's because I forgot to put a self-addressed stamped envelope in it. Al's said either in the Ask Al or the FAQs or the Correspondence page that he replies to mail with S.A.S.E.s pretty quickly, while the ones without get put aside until "later", which could mean a very long time. So this time around I'm going to put a S.A.S.E. with it. But don't take it personally that he hasn't replied yet.

Self Addressed Stamped Envelope. And, he could reply to a birthday card with a thank you note, if he was so inclined.

maybe i accidently wrote the wrong address or something on my envelope or forgot to put the return adress thingy

that would be neat to get a lovely thank you card with a message thanking you for remembering his b-day. Aw man i already went to the card store today. Next time i go to the store i'm goin to buy him a card

Uh, guys, as much as I like Al, I can gauntee 1 of these 2 things will happen:

1. He will compleatly ignore your letter

2. He will send a cheesy auto responce

It's like a offical rule of being a celebrity- you have to do 1 of those 2 things to fan mail. Don't hold your breath.

From what I've heard around here, he *will* respond eventually and personally...eventually (he's been real busy this year!).
