Yeah, it bombed. Like Waterworld.

Kevn, I'm saying I did use Print Screen to get a screen capture, but when I tried to save the pic in Paint, it goes away. I want to know if there's any other way to do this, or if that's it, and we just don't get screen caps.

Um, ok, I'll say that you can still see the media player, but all I see is a blank screen. So the image of Al is no longer there when I try to save the screen grab.

Try "SolidCapture" which is over at download.com. search for Solid Capture.
Here's something-
1. Open up SolidCapture
2. open up video
3. pause video
4. open up solidcapture from by the clock part of the Start bar
5. select rectangle
6.capture rectangle
7.save as 24- bit bitmap (or JPEG or whatever)
8. upload it to something like Photobucket or Photoisland
9. post it here.

I tried solidcapture, no luck. As far as the clips, what program are you running? I'm able to see the clips with XP. You have to disable pop-up blockers and anti-virus programs to see the clips. Did you try that? *Not trying to sound like anyone who knows anything about computers, but that's how I can watch them*.

As someone who spent hours and various programs trying to get DVD captures, I sympathize fully with anyone getting just the "movable blank screen."
