ALCON 4 speculation

I may be in the minority, but I'm kinda hoping that Amanda does wait until next year for ALCON 4...because then an ALCON 5 could be in 2007.

I've almost been thinking that too...just to wait a but, because I couldn't have the money to tour chase Al and go to AlCon.

I wish I could make an Al-con... But that'll never happen until I get a license and a car... and some money.

But rest assured, that will probably be next year.

Well, Al has 2 shows in Glen Ellyen on March 27. has there ever been an Alcon the day of a concert?

Well I hope so too because I wouldn't have the money to go to ALCON 4 and get to go to another concert with my son and some of his friends who want to go too. So hopefully it will be next year then I can plan for it better Chicago is at least 8 hours or more away so I would definitely have to plan for it.

That's another thing I was also thinking about earlier. ALCON 2000 took place during a leg of Touring with Scissors (in fact, concerts were scheduled that whole weekend), so I wonder how many fans were conflicted about whether they should go to the convention or to a concert.

Since this is another tour year, and touring is so very important this time around for this album, maybe putting the next ALCON on hold is a wise decision for Al's sake.

If I had to choose, as much as I'd enjoy meeting up with other fans, I'd choose a concert every time. I love you guys, but my heart belongs to Al and TBITB.

I'm hopin' for '05.

I'll need to get some money- I'm also going at a worldwide Scout convention in West Virginia that cost 1200 some dollars. Hopefully I'll get the money- my mom promised she'd take me to the next one.

Going to a convention or a concert is definitely going to be conflicting. Some will want to see Al again and others will want to go to another con. It would drive some Al fans sane.
