Hey, I made a comment in the Merrillville thread but I want to post here, too.

If anyone has some pictures from the July 5th Merrillville, IN Star Plaza Theater show or Al singing to the girls in the audience, let me know please.

A friend of mine was sang to and I couldn't get a picture of it! Any help would be great!

I was just looking over the SOL Tour set-list today.

Is it just me, or is "Lousy Haircut" not a funny song?
There are many other clips from The Weird Al Show that I find funnier.

Am I missing something, or is it actually a fan-favorite video clip? Personally, I hate it.

I feel Al wanted to do a song from the show. Lousy Haircut is the best "new song" on there...it was either that or any of the songs Huiemakes him sing. I like it because there is more opportunity to sing along.
Visit Elvis' website to read "The Completionist Guide" for accessing all sorts ofWeird Al songs (and sometimes ridiculously miniscule) be it rare gems or ridiculously miniscule from 1973 to 2019. weirdalstar.com/uhf/

I like the clip. I think it's funny and random. It's good for being short. I would find it totally horrible if it went on any longer. But the hair and motions I think are pretty funny.

"Lousy Haircut" just as a song isn't all that funny. It's the visual aspect of the Firestarter parody that makes it really funny, and I guess you have to have the video he's parodying in mind to really get the point. But it's only a few seconds' worth, and the funny does last that long.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

I love Lousy Haircut! He totally nails the whole look of The Prodigy's Firestarter.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

Wow I can't even watch that without hearing "Got a lousy haircut, a really stupid haircut!"

Indeed.... wow that just sounds creepy. Like some crazy cultist saying from beneath a hood:

"His work is done..."

I guess that's us! A bunch of crazy Al cultists!

Or else it sounds like a quotation from UHF, when Philo leaves at the end.
