That would be terrific if it happened. They've shown Pee-Wee, and I think I read somewhere that they were going to produce new episodes of Pee-Wee, but that was a while ago and I haven't heard anything else.
The set of TWAS was demolished long ago, and it'd be expensive to rebuild it...probably more so than Adult Swim could afford. More likely, they'd do some sort of new show with Al, and build up to it with a marathon of the original series, or something.

Well Pee Wee was also supposed to get another movie too, so Im not holding my breath for any of that. But I am hoping that someone does something with AL.

I'd love to see a new Pee-Wee movie, but Paul's been talking about doing one since like 2003, so I've since stopped holding my breath.
As far as something new with Al, I'd like to see it, but doubt it would happen. If they did though, I'd like to see Fred Huggins with a bigger part. He was both hilarious and downright creepy at the same time.

I think that was the only new Pee-Wee project that was in the supposed works, not anymore episodes of the show...although to be accurate, I believe the movie was going to be about the Playhouse gang.
Anyway, as much as I would like to see TWAS back on the air in reruns, I kinda feel that Adult Swim would be an uncomfortable fit. Al's show never really tried to dance past that "naughty double entendre" line that Pee-Wee's did from time to time. Granted Al's own appeal and the draw of the guest stars (musical or otherwise) would in theory make it seem like it would be perfect on Adult Swim, the show ultimately doesn't really match that block's style or desire for edginess.
I can easily see TWAS show up on other normal cable networks, though, such as normal Cartoon Network in the daytime, Noggin, Nickelodeon, Hallmark, ABC Family, TV Land, or heck, even G4.

I like on the episode "Because I Said So" where Huey said something mean and Muferd said "That's cold man, that's cold". And Huey says "Say that once in a while, not a million times each second.

Hmm, I would like to see Al with a new show. Not on Adult Swim. but maybe VH1, or maybe even Nickleodeon.

My favorite part of the whole entire TV show is the Yoko Ono alarm!
It cracks me up every time I see it.

I have to laugh at the commentaries for the episodes, and how they describe the odd times that they were on. They'd be on in different cities at different times, and sometimes not even on Saturday.
I can attest to that, because where I live, they were on Sunday, and it was like, 6:30/7:00 AM, right before the news. Sometimes it'd come on after the news, but there was nothing more fun than getting up at 6:30 on a Sunday to watch that then see the daily death toll on the news.
