Why would Katy Perry be out of consideration because she was polka'd on the last album, but not Lady Gaga, who was polka'd AND parodied?

Instead of a Billy Joel parody, It will be another classic song parody summing up The Amazing Spiderman.
And instead of Backstreet Boys, it will be a parody about another website "StubHub" ("Blurred Lines")

There's already a title for the album, but it's not that.

I know it's too much to ask what the title is (although feel free to share it in the mods forum if you want ) but can we ask when Al came up with it?
