Though come on people you gotta love the Emo Philips cameo. His kind of comedy is quite unique I'd say.

And yes I do own the dvd :D
Fred rocked. I wish he was a bigger role, but I guess you can only stretch that character so far.

The cameos on the show were hilarious. Amazing Jonathon, Gilbert Gottfried and Emo were all good. Loved the little 4 second cameo by Drew Carey.

 While watching some episodes yesterday morning, I wondered something about the commentary during the Al Plays Hookie episode. Al leaves the commentary for a while during that episode, then comes back. He says that he had to take a shower, only when he comes back but not when he leaves. When he leaves, he just says that he has to go. I don't know why I'm wondering about this, but was Al too pressed for time or embarrassed that he had to shower or was he leaving for something else? Seeing as it was late when they finished, maybe Al was going to say goodnight to his family or something. I dunno, it just made me wonder. *Hopes an angry mob doesn't come after her because she wondered about Al's reasons for leaving a commentary*

It's because he was doing the exact same thing as in the episode - leaving Dannielle all alone while he shirks his responsibilities to be an entertaining host. See, kids weren't the only ones not to learn anything from that series!

Hehe, I suppose, but I was just wondering because the response of her asking where he went was something along the lines of, "Well, its been 9 years and people change." That didn't do Al much justice, so I was just wondering why. Al's attitude didn't change, he always was and will be a kind and generous person.

Hey another thing that I remember hearing on the commentary was how they sold the eyeball chair at ALcon one year and if I remember correctly it sold for like what, 4000$? I think that I'll go check.

That's sad because I really want that chair lol.

That was one of the coolest chairs I've ever seen.
The person who bought it must have been a huge Al fan, and their lucky.

Dave, was that you?

Does anyone know if the DVD has sold well? After all the campaigns, did the fans then really buy it when it finally came?

Is there anywhere on internet you can check stuff like that, for dvd:s, albums, etc ? i mean how much they sold?
Holy cow, i´m white & nerdy !

I know we're the ones who got the giant green alien head, and yes it broke in two during transit to Alcon. I will be working on restoring it...someday.

Ok, does anyone else think The Hooded Avenger is lacking in the "hero" department? He stands by and lets Al get eaten by a shark, he lets a "suspicious looking clown" leave a package for Al, and Al's cave ends up getting robbed when he's supposed to be keeping an eye on it! It's one of the things that always makes me laugh when I watch TWAS because you'd think the best neighbor to have as far as protection would be a guy who's a super crime-fighting dude.
