There's "The Simpsons: Kiss And Tell - The Story oF Their Love" DVD, which includes it.

It's an Emmy winning ep (....for some reason). It's in constant rotation and pops up frequently. Just keep an eye out on the schedules of the local channel(s) that show it.

I watched the "Brain-Freeze!!" one on the 27th when it was aired... I remember counting down and then he was on for like, 5 seconds...
