Yes, he's done. He'll never be back in America again.

Tmbjon: your kind of being mean. I know your trying to be humorous but still. Also, you never answered my question about your statement about "making more friends by doubling my post and leaving the forum forever." What I was trying to ask is that will Al do another US leg of his tour when the album is done.

It's too late you already have more than 666 posts so no one will ban you. Although weird one managed to get banned without ever posting "Smoke Weed Worship Satan" so I guess you can still try. I can already anticipate your response: "why would I want to get banned?" - You wouldn't.
To answer your question, no I think Al will only tour in foreign countries from now on. Austin was his last US show for a while. After Australia, I hear he's going to Africa.

I assume summer of 2011 should be some touring time unless the album gets out too close to summer.

I don't think Al would consider touring AGAIN without an album, so he must be thinking the album is being released early next year.

The Australia tour next year seems like the perfect way to break in the actual album tour, like Al did in 2007.

I think you're right ONEWay, especially since Al said he was hoping for an early 2011 release, possibly in February. Kicking off a tour for album 13 in Australia sounds very cool to me.

I don't think he'll release the album during the Australian tour, because he'll want to do some immediate U.S. promotion. But the only way he can release it before the Australian tour is if he records the lead single before the end of the year. That way, he can spend January prepping and shooting the live-action video, and spend February promoting the book, rehearsing for the tour and promoting Album #13 in the U.S. as much as he can before heading down under.
