seriously though, Yanko vich on Twitter!?

Cledus calls Al 'Yank-o-vich' in his new song "Polyrically Uncorrect. In the song he says he's a fan but it's so annoying.

The annoying thing is whenever I see someone who says or spells it as "Yonkavickacheizzy" They tend to stick with that belief and no matter how many times you tell them it's Yankovic, they don't listen. It just gets on my nerves.

Yankovic is spelled exactly the same as Franky Yankovic's last name! You'd think with another famous Yankovic that more people would spell it right. Especially the ones on these file sharing sites. They are the ones ripping the CDs and putting the songs up for downloading. You'd think they would look at a CD cover!

I was seriously irritated by that episode of King of the Hill where they mispronounced his name!

But what really pisses me off is when they also start getting song titles wrong too. Anikin Guy my butt!

At least I haven't heard "YamSammich" yet.

Alright! First: I know there's an edit button. I just like to make multiple posts. If you promise to shut up in the future it may happen less! Second: I'm not a "newbie." I have been a fan for quite a few years now. Since 2003. I would appreciate not hearing that name again. Thank you. The reason I have low ranking credentials is because I just haven't really been an active user over the time I've been a member. I'm working on fixing that now. And now I think my rant is just about done. Wow! This post had absolutely nothing to do with this discussion!
