Well it may not be bullcrap, but it is friggin annoying.
As far as releasing anotther song, we shouldn't be expecting a new song every couple months. Al got the inspiration to write YCHWYL, so he wrote it and released it. Maybe he hasnt been inspired, or hes busy writing originals. Or he could be spending time with his family. There's a novel idea.

No way. I think it would be a great song to include in the polka medley (especially being sung by a man, like "Dotcha" was in the last polka), but I think he kind of missed the timing on an IKAG parody...

The best time to parody IKAG would've been when WYL was released, and, like Jon said, that train has sailed. Or words to that effect.

before WYL was released, but I digress...
