I had a talk with my mum today, and found out that if I was able to get some combination of public transport there, I'd be able to go.

So, yeah. I could go. If I was American.

I can't go to AlFest due to financial reasons.

Just changed jobs, have a family to take care of. And I wish I could go. Maybe I could catch Silver down there if I could. I miss her.

I want to go, and so does my girlfriend, but I really doubt we're going to be able to afford the trip...Plane tickets alone cost about $900 round trip or more, easily...Plus I don't know anyone out there, and would get murdered in the mainland traffic and confusingness of the road layouts....
Work just isn't as good as it use to be.
