And think how embarrassing that would be if you've been airing your illicit fantasies about his boss.

Yeah, cuz Bermuda pays attention and probably will know who you are...

Well, let's review the facts...We actually know a LOT about her.
1) She's married to Al.
2) She has a daughter and a poodle, named Nina and Bela (respectively).
3) We know she performed on one of the albums of a very well-known recording artist dear to all of us (hand-clapping on "Wanna B Ur Lovr").
4) She is a member of the species Homo sapiens...and...um...
5) What more is there to know?!?!
You forgot the fact that she's an honarary Al-Gal, inducted as such at the last Al-Con, and proudly sported an Al-Gals pin on her sweater there. She's such a sweetheart!

Gah! I see Scottidog beat me to the punch on that, that'll teach me to post without reading the whole thread!
Well anyway, I think Suzanne is a great sport in dealing with all the fan adulation that Al gets, and suddenly getting put into the "lime light" with him at Al-Con and other places. She's become a celebrity-by-marriage, and I know for some people that's a very difficult thing to do. She seems to handle it well, from all reports she is very gracious to importuning fans..
I hope to meet her at some point, the last time I saw her was on last tour, she was in the audience during a concert, when Al plonked down in her lap during OMM. They were affianced at the time, though not officially announced, so that was fun to see!

Ahhhh! Save me from these mindless fans drooling over a married woman! Hey I'm almost at 72, the backwards 27.
Actually, drooling over the Pentiums girls (or even Victoria Jackson, why not?) is a better parallel to the drooling over Al than drooling over Suzanne is, because we're drooling over Al in his capacity as a stage performer, rather than a private person. And Suzanne is not an actress or a singer. Once Al is offstage, the drooling pretty much stops and we revert to reality: we're happy to see Suzanne too if she shows up beside Al, and we wish them well, always.
I don't want to get anybody mad at me, but this gets creepier every miniute. And theres nothing wrong with drooling over the Pentiums girls.

Well, you know... I don't think I've seen any real drooling in this thread. Just the boys trying (very poorly) to beat the Al-Gals at their own game. I think what we are seeing here is really Appreciating Suzanne.
Don't worry, we won't get too weird.

Sorry if I'm creeping you out, but where, exactly, is the creepy part? I'd think it would be creepy to have a bunch of female fans who
fail to distinguish between Al's performance and Al as a real person, but I've been trying to say that we do manage to make that distinction. He's an attractive man, and when he performs some of his songs he plays on the "sex appeal" angle as part of the humor, but it's pretty obvious who he is when he's not performing: friendly and polite and fundamentally decent. He knows where the boundaries are, and as a result so do his fans (mostly). He kept his social life private to a surprisingly successful degree when he was single, and while it's a little different now that he's married, because a wife is hardly a secret, still Suzanne shows up in a normal way, as part of his life and not part of his publicity. She's not plastered over magazine articles or anything like that (well, except for the pets article, but then they were originally her pets), she's just there from time to time keeping Al company. And almost without exception the female fans like her and are glad to see her; they're not envious or resentful or anything genuinely creepy like that, as would probably be the case if they were stuck in their own little Al-fantasy worlds.

I think she's very attractive...but everytime that picture on the Poodlehat bonus material pops up I'm like:
WHOA........look at that shirt......
Of course, I'm talking about Al's best looking shirt, anybody know where I could find one like THAT PARTICULAR ONE?

Interesting. Do you happen to remember if she got a scarf or pair of boxers out of the deal.
You know, like, "Hey honey, could you wash these for me? I'm gonna need them for the next show."
Ha, I can just see it now...
"Hey Suzanne, what does your husband do for a living?"
"He dances around for a while on a stage and then gives his underwear to women he just met."

Bummer, isn't it?
"Al, honey, why can't you get fans to give
you intimate apparel instead, like that nice Tom Jones does? The underwear overhead is really getting out of hand."
