It says somewhere on the forum and on Steve's website that they will be serenading a character on the show, so I'll go with yes.

He could be singing a song (ironically) written by the writers in the style of Al. Kinda like what they've done with bands in ther past.

I hope at the end of the simpson they talk about poodle hat
