Wow!!! I had a similar thing like that when I was in my high school swim team. We had the All Star Swimmers division (for the recognition of veteran swim team members) and it was always always abbreviated on swim meet schedules, which always made me laugh.

On the lunch menus at my middle school, they sometimes had to abbreviate Assorted Fruit. It always looks funny to see that they're serving Pizza, French Fries, and Ass. Fruit. :lol:

No. No, it's not. It's about the acronyms, references and expressions that tend to be specific to this forum or Al fandom. It's not about just acronyms in general. The 'net specific ones are ok, because not everyone knows them, but discussions of middle school lunch menus and their abbreviations really ARE off topic. Wouldn't you agree?
