If you're asking about the conversation we had here in October, tags are the way posts are organized on tumblr (don't ask what tumblr is, I have no idea how to explain it). When you post something there, you add a tag, like "weird al" or "weird al yankovic", then people browsing that tag can see that post. When it comes to Al, most of the crappy, misguided and ignorant comments are tagged "weird al", whereas posts on "weird al yankovic" are almost always respectful and positive.
If that's not the answer you were looking for, please specify.

Haha, well Jim and Rand do have similar hairstyles but at least Jim's is his actual hair. I'd much sooner vote Kimo for president than Rand Paul...

Any comment about how untalented Al is or that he leaches off other artist successs. That seems the most abundant of the ignorant internet comments about Al.

I've seen a bunch of these, too. The talent thing is obvious nonsense (I mean, it's really hard to replicate so many different musical styles!), but if it's any consolation, people have thought that parodists are leaches for centuries...

"He has no talent and rips off real artists" said my own step dad, who is not a musician and knows nothing about music.
