1) The lead parody on Poodle Hat was Couch Potato, not eBay. The lead single always has been and always will be track one. That's a tradition Al is not going to break any time soon.
2) Al is not going to parody the Rascall Flatts or 3 Doors Down on the next album. Take my word on this.
3) I don't think Al generally bases his parody ideas around the titles anymore. Maybe in the 80s, yes, but I think nowadays he comes up with a theme for the parody and the title is an afterthought. That's why we've gotten so many parodies of late where you could not infer what song he is parodying from the title alone.
4) Why don't you record "She's A Cry Way" and "All Bummer Long" and let us know how they sound, drewdy?

I couldn't tell a dirt clod from a plate of caviar.

Anyway, I do think that a song about YouTube might be possible. I even predicted (falsely) that "Whatever You Like" would be about YouTube. It would certainly be in line with other songs Al's done about modern technology trends. Although, I wonder if it would seem a little dated, since YouTube has been front and center in pop culture for a pretty long time already.

Polka Dots? How about Connect The Polka Dots or Polka La Femme? Oh, and the polka has to be on track 11 or 12 instead of usually 5. So far:drewdy9999 @ December 07, 2008 09:21 pm wrote: Got any better idea for a name of a polka song? Well, I guess you could do something like "Polka Dots". I just wanted to represent a polka song. And why wouldn't a polka song be second on his album? It's just completely random.
Track 4: Polka Your Eyes Out (OTDE)
Track 5: Polka Party! (PP), The Hot Rocks Polka (UHF), The Alternative Polka (BHD), Angry White Boy Polka (PH), Polkarama! (SOL)
Track 6: Polkas on 45 (In 3D)
Track 7: Polka Power! (RWS)
Track 8: n/a
Track 9: n/a
Track 10: n/a
Track 11: Hooked On Polkas (DTBS)
Track 12: Bohemian Polka (Alapalooza)
Track 13 (so far, only UHF had track 13): n/a
There has never been a studio ALbum containing a polka on track 8, 9, 10, or 13.
Oh, and if the polka medley is a virtual opposite of AWBP (titled "Polka La Femme"), what songs sung by female artists will you put in?
Dare To Be Stupid Part Two is coming!
