Hi guys it's been awhile so glad basketball season is over and I don't have to drive my son to practice almost every night. Boy I have missed being here but being a taxi driver for my son and finishing up the last of my Dad's stuff since he died hasn't given me much time for other things but I'm just glad to have Al's music to listen to.

So I hope to be able to post more but I just glad I have been able to come and read to keep up with everything that has been going on!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to drop a line and give everyone an update on my situation and explain why I havn't been around in a while. (I may not post very often, but I always lurk).

I am recently engaged (Yes, he's an Al fan! Not as big as me, but an Al fan none the less) and currently making plans to move from Massachusetts to California. (Southern Orange County area. If anyone is close by there drop me a line!). I've been doing a lot of packing and tying up loose ends here. I plan to start my road trip the last week of April and hope to be there by May 1st. (All depends on the moving company's schedule).

The hardest part is that I am going out there with no job or apartment. I don't think I'll have much trouble finding a job and we are going to stay where he currently lives until we find an apartment. It's going to be tough for a few weeks, but it will all fall into place.

I am already so far behind reading the posts it's going to take a month to catch up! I will try to be a good WOWAY member and keep in touch as much as I can over the next few weeks. Once I'm settled, I'll post an update on my situation.

Best wishes on your big plans of moving west , about 3000 miles to travel.

Then you'll be living a lot closer to AL.

I hope the trip and moving of your stuff won't suffer big problems.
