Here's something to think about...
The Henderson presale offered seats in section O (front center section) row D. The VIP presale offered section O row C. The general sale is now offering section O row A, which I assume is front row.
All of these seats are great - I just wanted to warn anyone considering the VIP option that it may not get you the closest seat. Or maybe this was just specific to the Henderson venue.

Come to California, Seva! You can see several concerts in one trip! We'd love to meet you!Seva @ Mar 10 2008, 05:26 PM wrote: Now this is going to be an ultimatum. I WILL go to US to see Al this time!! I'll save some money, then go to the US embassy here, fill all the papers and pay all the bills, and I will do it to see Al finally and you folks!! Gotta do it!!!

Oh, thank you folks. Though it's still a hard decision to make - go rather to New York, where my friends and relatives live, or (not"and/or" because US is NOT Luxembourg or Andorra) to California, where I surely can meet Al and lots of you folks. Ah, the eternal weapon of choice...
But one thing surely cheers me up a lot. When I fill the papers at the embassy, in the "cause of trip" section I DEFINITELY would write not "tourism" but "Attending the Weird Al concert during his Summer 2008 Tour". Now, imagine all the mess I would do at the embassy...

It sounds like New York would be a good choice, since you have family/friends there. You could stay at someone's house, rather than a hotel, which would save on expenses. Plus, there is pretty good WOWAY representation in the NY/NJ area, so you could meet a good number of fans there. I know WhiZZi came to Ohio because his friend Dusty lives there. Whatever works best for you. I just hope you are able to come to the U.S. I'm sure you could still get to meet Al, no matter where you choose to go. Best of luck to you, Seva!
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!
