They don't send a reply message, they just send the DVD. You should receive it a couple days after you request.

Yepp , I did an 2 days later I got mail ( an UPS parcel )

CrazyMelon, send your address and your request for the replacement DVD to [email protected]. They should send you the DVD a couple days after you do that.

Yeah, I got my replacement super quick too. It only took a couple of days and it was here. It plays nicely too.
