I was rather hoping Al would devote a song to making fun of auto-tuning. It's such an irritating trend, it needs to be thoroughly mocked by the master. But I don't know how well an auto-tune gag will work in a song about something else.

It is possible, I suppose that he'll use auto-tuning in one of the unreleased originals. And maybe, as some have suggested, in the polka.

The only song I can really see Al working in an auto-tune related gag would be in Party in the CIA during the "Jay-Z song was oooooooon" part. The songs that we've been assuming "TMZ" and "Another Tattoo" are parodies of aren't really big auto-tune abusers. But there could be something in one of the originals, you never know.

As for the We Are The World thing, that was for another side project that Al participated on with Comedy Death-Ray. Nothing to do with the album.

As for auto-tone, it may be cool for a quick joke. I don't see it being used, though.

I am def. excited for this new album but I am a bit disappointed he didn't go for Harry Potter themed song, At least based on the titles. I am excited about TMZ and Party in the CIA. They sound like fun songs.
