Oh! That reminds me of a Canadian stop I wish he'd do. Thunder Bay. Then I would go! :D

That's great, Allison!

:D
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

This might sound a bit silly, but my wishes are actually for Al to:

* Have a #1 hit for one of his original songs

* Receive his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

* Be inducted into the RNRHOF

:)

Oh! And for all of you to receive your wishes!
There you go getting all AL-truistic on us... but I'm agreeable. I'll go to lunch with Al right after he gets his star, and all you contributors can come too. :D

ha!

I don't think it was specified that the wish had to be for personal gain...:)

My wish would be to go to the MI Rennaisance Festival with Al. You know, just to show him some of the skits that i think are funny. Eat really good Rennaisance Festival potato skins and bug my friend, Jimmie, who works there at a Henna booth.

  ha!

I don't think it was specified that the wish had to be for personal gain...  :)

If it makes anyone feel better, I can turn it all around for personal gain - hehe!

Let's see...when Al gets his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, it's open to the public and I can probably attend to see him receive it! Cool!

When he gets inducted into the RNRHOF...road trip! A place to go see all his junk! (not that his stuff is junk, but you know what I mean).

If he has a #1 (why not of an original? but a parody's okay too - hehe), then we'll see Al on lots more talk shows, etc.

Onto the other wishes...I've been able to attend some of the past shows at the OC fair, so if that is granted, I'll benefit, too - hehe!

If Aron designs a shirt, I can tell people, "hey, I know who drew the design for this shirt" - hehe

The wish for substituting for Jim... :o I like to see TBITB. So maybe the wish would be granted for a concert I'm not at :Y

See how I can turn it around all for my benefit? hehe

For the in-studio time, personal time, etc., you'd all come back and tell us about it, so we'd enjoy it, too! And there might be pictures! :)

So there! Not so AL-truistic now, eh? ;)

Some of my concert pics are on the official website (thank you, Jon!), I have a couple of pics with Al and some autographs, I've attended concerts on the east coast, west coast, and some places in between, on his birthday, on Halloween, the one with Ms. Bela (I've forgotten the exact number, but at least 50), sooo... I've already been very fortunate :)

And I'll sign it for ya, hehe.
Aron-- Only the second accordionist to ever sit in the trunk of Torsoboy's DeLorean. Al was the first.

You're absolutely right, Cinnamon-- a lot of us have ALREADY had the kind of interaction & attention from our favorite star that people who follow other celebs can only wish for. And even the ones who haven't had the chance... every tour scads of people get to meet Al for the first time. Al fans are lucky, lucky fans.

Actually, this makes no difference. The Rock N Roll Hall of Fame is separate from the attached museum. Admittance into the Hall of Fame does not guarantee artifacts on exhibit in the museum. Elton John was inducted 10 years ago and he doesn't have memorabilia there. Devo aren't members but they have one of those yellow hazmat suits on exhibit. People just need to donate stuff. That's the key.
This means something. This is important.
