Do we know if Kings Island is OK with us taking signatures? Just last year they changed management from Paramount to Ceder Fair, so they may feel different than Paramount did.

Anyway I would be up for collecting signatures, I want to do my part to get Al in the R&RHOF. Let me know if that is allowed given my "n00b" status in WOWAY? :peace:

It is true, I was one of the people begging to sign at King's Island during the last tour!

I just got all excited again thinking about this show..

Oh boy.. this'll be fun as always.. Though I was just telling my Significant other, that I think i'm getting to old for roller coasters, they kind of freak me out now.. Even the Beast. The first time I rode that thing was the day we were seeing Al in concert.. and at the end I loved it and wanted to ride it again..

but now thinking about getting on a coaster.. freaks me out again. :( lol

maybe this time I'll remember both parts to my bathing suit so we can actually utilize the waterpark ...

And if you haven't been to the park since the last Al concert, there are two new roller coasters for your riding pleasure. The Italian Job stunt track, short and more of a sensory thing than a thrill ride. And firehawk, a flying coaster, gives a very different experience than the typical sitting coasters, it almost exactly the same as the Borg Assimilator at Carowinds.

Firehawk

Italian Job

Also the waterpark was redone since the last time I think, now it is called Boomerang Bay and has an Australian theme.

Water Rides

The tazmanian typhoon is definitely unique, and it is definitely new since last time.

Oh yeah, I got my tickets! (alright, a week ago. So, this is a late announcement) I'll be section C, Row 3, and seats 1 and 2. I'm bringing my hubby along this time! I'm really hoping that we'll get water spit on us or at least some Al bucks :D

I don't think we're doing any rides, since I just took the kids there about a month ago. Although, Italian Job is a great, fast coaster that doesn't throw you around too much (I love that you're riding in a Mini-Cooper). I rode the Racers with my daughter and really needed a chiropractor after that! Oh, and it's worth a trip to the kiddie section to ride the Avatar ride, a lot of fun--even without the kids.

You wanna have to see a chiropractor, ride son of beast. They had to take the loop out of it and redesign part of it because people were getting seriously hurt riding it.

Yeah, I definitely agree. I'm glad I didn't have too many after-effects of riding it. The whole time my head was bouncing to the bar and back to the "headrest"..that was fun. Just picture that. They told me, I did something wrong. Might have. Never riding it again. I rode it with the loop. But, at least, I can say I rode it.

I sat and watched Son of Beast, but never got on it. It looked like it shook ya up pretty well. I had enough of that on Shock Wave here at Six Flags Great America.. always got off that coaster with a headache, but it didn't stop me from riding it 5 times in a row. Come to think of it, that was the last time I rode that coaster, now it doesn't exist. LOL

I remember that Tazmanian Typhoon, i think that was new the last time we were there.. it looked fun. But I"m all about the wave pool and lazy river. LOL We have a season pass to the waterpark thats here by my house, and all I ever use is the wavepool and lazy river. I'm not a stairs person, so I'd just assume relax and float
