Took me a long time to get that, too.

I haven't heard it yet either, but from everyone's descriptions, it sounds like it draws from mainstream progressive rock of the late 70s/80s - like Yes, Styx, Rush. Prog rock itself is so scattered and broad that it's hard to pinpoint (much how everyone seems to be with this song).

Can't wait for the 26th.

but in a way it also has a "digital" feel to it. It's got very high piano in the background the whole way.

Al's volcas durring the "hole in the ground" part (towards the end) are awesome. Very hard to classify.

I don't think any of the comparisons posted so far have described it good.

This song's awesome. My question is, does the part when Al sings "Virus alert" does it sound like one his own songs? It sounds VERY familiar, yet I can't put my fingure on it...

ETA: The part I'm talking about reminds me of Midnight Star... Dunno why, just does.
