If those 2 titles are correct, I'd imagine "I'll Sue You" and "Don't Download This Song" would be seperate. I'll Sue You was a rumor so long ago that it would have to be an original. And I'd like to think that song would probably be about society's mindset of suing people just to get money (McDonalds coffee, anyone?)
Also, I just love the title "Don't Download This Song" cause with a title like that, it'll probably be the top downloaded song of 2006.
