I think he put the spoken part in there on purpose, because of the long pause. I thought that was funny.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

It is part of the joke (the spoken part) it would seem. I have the original song on CD and James Blunt starts with the first couple of words, then there is a long pause, then he starts over again. If this is any indication how the rest of the album will be then it is going to be fantastic. It is refreshing to hear such a current song parodied and it coming off so well. I know the band will do their best to finish this to keep the other parodies fresh. Perhaps a big summer song will come out and the final song will be even more current. Regardless in a way we are getting at least 12 new songs (the 10 that are done, at least one more for the album, and this perhaps "unreleased" song which would make up the 12 new songs though not all necessarily on an album.)

I noticed one thing funny about the song file. Its genre is listed as "Power Ballad". We must ask ourselves, why? Al and Bermuda both know that Al does comedy music. What is a Power Ballad anyways? Possible spoiler? Rearranged letters? Red herring?

This song has Al's fab New School voice, with streaks of Old School humor. I'm loving it.

Swooooon!......

Could this be the lone song recorded on April 12th?

Maybe it's the name of the new ALbum?

A power ballad is simply a genre or sub-genre of music. "With Arms Wide Open" by Creed is a good example..

Still waiting to download--- but I downlaoded the original on iTunes and was like "Wait a minute--- this cover looks familiar" and sure enough, one of James Blunt's songs was a Tuesday free song a while back.

CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR THIS!

From the description, it doesn't quite seem to fit the genre.
