I went back and checked all the credits of Weird Al's songs again. Weird Al never had any help with the lyrics to his parodies or his original songs. Weird Al wrote all the lyrics! Weird Al also wrote all the music for his original songs. So, "Weird Al" Yankovic should qualify for the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
Become a voting member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame. You only qualify for lifetime membership if you are not a member of the music industry, and it will cost you $1000.00.
