Good question. It should be less than 125K--I'd suggest making it a JPG or a GIF.

Since this task is being judged by a poll at another forum, I guess there's no harm in showing what the teams came up with.

Just so nobody creates a username at the forum so that they can vote, I won't be disclosing what forum it was at until the poll is done, at 10 PM Sunday night. The losing team will have until 9:30 PM on Monday night to post their arguments as to why they shouldn't be fired.
Just to prepare everyone, the next task will be posted on Tuesday, and end on Friday. Because weekends aren't always convenient for everyone, the boardroom will be next Monday, April 4. The task after will be posted Tuesday, wrap up Wednesday with the boardroom the Friday after that.
