Hmm...I bet there's some people out there who haven't voted in this yet (including myself). Anyway, I'd say Al's head in the "Spy Hard" video; it was the perfect ending to the opening credits there.

I think it's pretty obvious what head I voted for. 
But "Robert's Disembodied Head" was a close second.

I voted "Other" for the DTBS head in the microwave. SHH is a close second though!
ETA: I'm sad that the Eat It head only has 3 votes. That was my first Al head mutilation experience (AHME)!
