Em can't sue Al. Permission was given and parodies are protected speech. It would get thrown out faster than the FOX news v. Al Franken case.

If this is true, it just shows how much more of a butthead Eminem is. Least, it would most likely be thrown out quick since Eminem did give his okay to the song.

Actually, to be fair (and balanced) Eminem isn't the butthead -- the buttheads are the people spreading the rumor. I'm pretty sure Em knows a case like that has no merit.

That's true. I just thought that if it was then...yeah, but I highly doubt it's true.

About the Eminem thing, if Eminem really is suing Al, which I doubt, I wonder what will happen. I realize Eminem has no case, but will Al settle out of court just to keep the story away from the press? He shouldn't, but I'm sure he doesn't want the bad publicity either.
