My first was at Charleston too, August 9th! I was on a trip from Fargo. I was just going to go to Myrtle Beach but added Charleston to my itinerary cuz I wanted to see him. I do love Charleston, such a pretty city!ThePinkBirdie wrote:St. Augustine, June 11th, was my second time seeing him. Hubby gave me the trip for my 50th birthday!
First time was in August, 2015 (think) in Charleston, SC.
Hope to go again.

Only one, so far
, here in Mobile on June 7, 2016. That's the day my whole life flashed before my eyes!!! He totally changed my way of thinking and living.
I'll be going to my second one, on July 15, 2016, in Biloxi. I plan on going to as many as my funds will allow. I truly admire this man and his band, and yes, I have a MAJOR crush on him. As I'm almost 61 years old and really thought that I would never experience this giddiness again in this lifetime, I find it's something that has taken me over like a whirlwind!
As cute as he is, I have to say that the fact that he's such a stand up guy makes me weak in the knees. To have kept the same band members, the same beautiful wife, and the stellar reputation that he's earned for almost four decades is beyond incredible. I totally admire him!!!

Scottidog, as your post was written 13 years ago, I imagine you've seen thousands of newbie fans come on here. Well, here's one more! I haven't been able to do much else but think about Al since I saw him for the first time in June. I'm going again Friday night, and the anticipation level is off the charts!!! Al Induced Haze, as you put it, describes exactly what I feel! Thanks for being here and letting us go on, and on, and...on...
about this precious man!

I've seen 6 shows and been to one book signing.
The first one I went to was at the OC fair, then the following 3 years at the Del Mar fair, the book signing in 2013, then the Greek Theater in 2015, and in San Diego this year.
I feel so blessed honestly.

After two at the Bowl, I'm now up to 15.

I'm at 14 with the last Dallas show.
If I can somehow swing something else this year, that would be cool, but I'll probably just wait for that no commercial potential tour!

I'm at two now, and were it possible, I'd follow them around all over the country. I'm starting to save for 2018 now, and plan on doing just that!
