The first album/cd is Greatest Hits which I bought way back in 1988 and bought after that I bought almost every cd he made.
except : THE TV ALBUM , GREATEST HITS - VOLUME II , PERMANENT RECORD - AL IN THE BOX , THE FOOD ALBUM and the Special projects
On DVD I have
, 
and the videotape 
The last CD comes from the States , my brother's friend was there for 2 weeks in the periode of release and he brought one with him.( I don't know if it's available in the Netherlands )
