Sure. It should be pretty easy for us to meet up. All we have to do is move down the row a little. I definitely think we should team up to a). find the buses, and B. find a way to meet Al.

And
C) Follow Al back to his bus and throw a big burlap sack over his head.

YAY! i'm going to this concert. I got my aunt and uncle to buy me tickets cuz its only a 40 minute drive from their house. I toold them that this could cover my birthday and gtraduation and anything else for the next 5 years. I dont know if they got the tickets yet but i wrote down all of the information and stuff for them last week and they said it would be ok since they were wanting to see Al in concert too. I'm sooo excited

Wow - that's great! This concert is going to be a gift for my 24 year old nephew too!
He's coming all the way from Florida to see his first concert. He's got some special needs, so in case he doesn't get to another one, I'm hoping to make this the best Al experience for him!
Has anyone heard if there are meet/greets this year, or are they operating with passes for backstage only? If there's something I can do to get his picture taken with Al, I'll do it.

As far as I know, they are still doing meet and greets. I don't see why they'd stop. I know Al really likes doing them. I would say waiting out by the buses is your best chance to meet Al. That's what I'll be doing.

......O....K...... I just posted something and it went somewhere, but it wasn't here....
It was something to the effect of.... I don't think we can wait by the buses with my nephew. They didn't do meet/greet the last time - second PH tour - due to Nick & Mary's passing, I think. Not sure - sorry I'm a crappy fan.

It's true they didn't do it for a little while after the passing, but Al eventually resumed it before the tour ended.

i'm excited!! My mom is buying the tickets today. but i think that because we waited too long we arent going to get great seats or at least 5 in a row like we need but i'm crossing my fingers! But if it doest work out with this venue we're going to the one where he'e playing at the Ohio State Fair i'm dont remember where that one is at the moment but i'm excited none the less!!! I cant wait to go to the concert and buy a bunch of those new shirts!

The State Fair one is at the Celeste Center, basically across the street from the fairgrounds (the fair parkign lots urrounds it).
I am going to that one too. I hope they do a meet-and-greet there, but security might be a problem

Does everyone attending this concert have WOWAY name badges from previous concerts? Susie made some for Poodle Hat and passed them out at the Kings Island concert. I believe they were instrumental in capturing Jon's attention while we waited in line back stage. He was passing by and we said hi and he glanced down and saw them and then spent a good deal of time with us. I was rather impressed that he was so available. That's one of the things that impresses me with with the whole "Al" entourage and the fans. Everyone is so NICE!
