I just tuned into the West Coast feed of TRL to see what you two were talking about. I thought it was a little obnoxious of MTV to show someone else's video in place of Al's.

So Al's video was #5, but they showed someone else's video instead? That's kind of rude. Al's video deserves to be shown just as much as any other video on the countdown.

Why is anyone shocked that MTV would be disrespectful to Al in favor of a guest who experienced the same level of fluke success that Canadian Idiot got on the Billboard chart?

Well, that's kind of disappointing. It jumped from #10 to #5 and they don't show the video, even if they only show bits of videos, but still. Oh well. I'm not really a fan of TRL in the first place.

I think it jumped from 7 to 5, and I was upset also because it seemed like they gave the girl the choice of seeing her video or Al's and she picked her own. Al's worked hard to get here, he doesn't need that kind stuff. I didn't even know TRL would do that. It was unfair. Hopefully, It just encourages voters to vote more for it. I will be seriously upset if it drops higher than 5 tomorrow, because that would be a shame.

Yes, it was disappointing that they didn't show Al's video, especially since he is still climbing. She did say those nice things, but I thought her video sucked, as did her fashion sense. Saying Al was sexy and steaming up the countdown was almost a nice save *and showed she does have some taste*, but I'd rather have seen W&N. They had better play his video tomorrow.

Btw, I hardly ever get out to a movie theater, but if anyone invited me, I would see anything but High School Musical.
