9/26/06 Hollywood, Ca. Virgin Megastore

I'm planning to show up at the very same store earlier in the day to get the album so I know parking and can be sure to get whatever wristband I need. That way the store can still make the money they need from the signing, but I will be already able to tell Al what I think of the album when I see him.

Thanks for the info guys. I guess I'll head up early in the day and buy it up there and get wristband. I looked to see if I could preorder through Virgin but it linked me up with Amazon - that won't due me any good.

Are we who are going going to wear loud hawaiian shirts and vans so we can recognize each other?

*sigh* Once again, I have to live vicariously through others, because I don't live anywhere near CA. Those who are lucky enough to go, please tell all! I have this feeling I'll never go to CA, much less see Al there.

I am, definitely!

I thought about calling the store to try to reserve myself a copy there, just to make sure I get one, even though I'm sure they'll be plenty in-stock with SOL. But I'm going to wait until a week or so before the release date, because they probably don't even have the albums in yet.

I called them earlier and the woman didn't know whether or not it would be a reserve event or if pictures would be allowed or if he would be inside or outside, any of that stuff because it's up to Al. But you're right, in a week she said to call back and they should know. :)

Heh, yeah. She also told me that Clay Aiken is appearing at 1:00 PM to sign stuff so it's going to be crazy the whole day.

Well Patti, Since I only live about 3 hours closer than you do, I'm not going either. WWAAAHHHHH!!!! Other than the unpredictable weather, harsh winters and living WAY too far away from Al, what else is Michigan good for? I really don't like living in Michigan.

I really don't like living in Mississippi, other than the fact that it's only six hours away from Jace... XP

My parents have been talking about moving for years... maybe one day, they'll actually go through with it. ;_;
