After about 3 days of looking i finally have all the songs...

So after hearing about 3 or 4 songs about 20 times before I found the next one here is my review after about roughly 15 listens

0. You're Pitiful- Loved this song reminds me of me. 10/10

1. W & N- This is much better then I thought it would be and I love how well Al raps. 10/10

2. Pancreas- Not a big junkie on this kinda music. However I can't skip it and knowing source material, Al did a great style parody. 10/10

3. Canadian Idiot- Good parody. 9.5/10

4. I'll Sue Ya- This is definitely not my kinda music. However, this another great style parody so I have to give it a 10 even though I don't like the song much. 10/10

5. Polkarama. At first I thought this Polka was kinda slow. However after a bunch of listens this polka works. I like this polka. Too much Gold digger though. 9.5/10

6. Virus Alert - This sounds like classic Al which I love In 3-D and this reminds me of In 3-D. great original. 10/10

7. Confessions III- I like this parody. Makes fun of the original too. 9.5/10

8. Weasel Stomping Day- The animal crunchies got me on the first listen and I was cringed at every squel. However I love the song though its short. Can't wait for the Video. 10/10

9. Close. but no cigar- The music is awesome. This reminds of Dog Eat Dog type of music. I dislike the lyrics though. 9/10

10. Do I Creep You Out- Another great parody and I love the music and the lyrics are b-e-a-utiful. 9.5/10 (dislike the ending a little)

11. Trapped in the drive thru- What more can be said but The BEST EVER. This song makes the album and is off the charts. 11/10

12. Don't Download This Song- The one I've heard the most. I still like it but compared to the rest of the Album this one is the one I'd skip. However, its still a good song. 9/10

Overall- Music wise this song gets an average 127/130 or a 97.6%

Thats not counting the DualDisc stuff.

This is hands down the best Album to date.

I still remember when I was oh of a wee age, that being pre-and early pubescent and singing that polka, confused by the lack of words between I wanna, you like an animal. I honestly thought the lyrics to this song were "I wanna you like an animal." I'm sure many people around me were kind of shocked, now that I think back about it.

That being said, only thing I regret about anything I have heard so far is that when I push W&N on people, the lyrics are too fast for them to get them all (although I do, he does an amazing job, hilarious) and I found the subject matter of Canadian Idiot to be only mildly entertaining. Otherwise, the album sounds phenomenal so far. Woo hah.
Work, is play. Tofutti break today.

Haha. Ditto.

I've shown White & Nerdy and Canadian Idiot to some people who ride my bus... they're all actually really excited about SOL now.

Well, I for one don't like the new album too much. It has it's highs, many lows. Maybe it's my least favourite album after Polka Party.

1. White and Nerdy - This is the strongest title for me on this album and I really like it very much.

2. Pancreas - I don't have about this song. It has good lyrics and nice music but they don't fit together very well. I always thought a Pancreas-Lovesong should be made with a music like "Hold me now" by Thompsen Twins.

3. Canadian Idiot - Don't care much about this one. Maybe I acutally liked the "Bed Bugs Bite" idea of the fake tracklist better.

4. I'll Sue Ya - Good music, nice idea but not very interesting.

5. Polkarama - One of the few times I actually like a Polka more then any other song on an album. Speed of Sound, Candy Shop... love it.

6. Virus Alert - Nice song.

7. Confessions, Part III - The second and last parody on the album I love. This is a very good parody.

8. Weasel Stomping Day - Like song 2 I would have liked a faster beat to this one. Maybe something "fast and fun" like Dragostea Din Tei (Numa Numa). My coworker asked me why I would listen to Xmassongs this early when that song played. Oh well...

9. Close But No Cigar - That's a very good song. I like it.

10. Do I Creep You Out?
11. Trapped In The Drive Thru - 10 and 11 are forgettable parodies. Maybe I just don't know the sourcematerial enough to like those songs.

12. Don't Download This Song - Good song. A hand clap for the man!

13. You're Pitiful - Would have been a very good parody on the album. Wish it could have been on there and Co I Creep You Out canceled.

I know many hate me now but I don't like the album much.

It seemed to me like you enjoyed a majority of the songs.

As for Trapped in the Drive Thru, it's probably gonna be a love it or hate it song for most people, but I highly suggest that you listen to chapters 1-3 of R. Kelly's "Trapped in the Closet" and then re-listen to Al's parody. It'll make a WHOLE lot more sense as to why Al did that song.

It's not that i HATE the album, it's just a little letdown somehow. I can't quite put my finger on it. I just doesn't satisfy me. The songs are for the most part ok but not great.

That's the same feeling I had with Polka Party. I love "Johnnie", "Shoes" and "Spuds" but the rest is just kinda there for me.

Alrighty here we go....

1. White and Nerdy - Al nailed this song so well it's hard to tell the difference between this version and Ridin without listening to the lyrics (which are hilarious.) Great way to start out the album. 10/10

2. Pancreas - Huh... I'm still not too sure about this one. It's really weird... even for Al. And it's all about Pancreases. I guess it's pretty funny just because it's so random. 7/10

3. Canadian Idiot - Well, my expectations weren't too high for this one. 6/10

4. I'll Sue Ya - LOVE IT! There are more laughs jam packed in this song then any other one I've heard I think. There just isn't an unfunny line to be found. The most awesome part is at the end where he goes all crazy. I'LL SUE YA! I'LL TAKE ALL YO MONAY! I'LL SUE YA! EVEN IF YA LOOK AT ME FUNNY! Legendary. 10/10

5. Polkarama - Hrrrmmmm I think this was kind of a step backwards for the polkas. I just didn't enjoy it as much as some of the other ones for some reason. Something felt.... off. 6/10

6. Virus Alert - This song is very interesting musically. I thought it was funny how the virus was messing up all this random stuff that a computer virus would never actually be able to affect. I enjoyed it a lot. 9/10

7. Confessions, Part III - Pour your heart out, Al. 10/10

8. Weasel Stomping Day - This song is my guilty pleasure. I probably thought those horrible crunching squeaky noises were funnier than I should have. 9/10

9. Close But No Cigar - Wow. Probably my favorite song on the whole album. What can I say? I just love it. Looking at the screenshots on John K.'s blog I can already tell the video is gonna be the best thing ever. John K. + Weird Al??? That's like the combination of like my two biggest heroes on the planet!!! I'm psyched. 10/10

10. Do I Creep You Out? - As with Canadian Idiot, my expectations weren't to high for this one. Which is good because it's nothing special. 6/10

11. Trapped in a Drive Thru - Hilarious song. Truly a masterpeice. I loved how it made all the mundane problems at the Drive Thru seem all dramatic. 10/10

12. Don't Download This Song - :F 10/10

Not on the album anymore: You're Pitiful - Too bad this didn't make it on. It's better than Do I Creep You Out. The lalalalaloser line is brilliant. 8/10

And of course I already pre-ordered the actual CD. :)

Overall this is a great album. Probably only second best to Running With Scissors, which remains my favorite. I'm so jealous of all the animators that got to make an official video for it! (Especially the ones I know from Newgrounds.) Now I'm just in a mad rush to get my 'Albuquerque' vid done before the 26th comes along.

I'm not going to go through each song individually, but here is my opinion on the whole album overall. I know I'm going to get eaten alive for saying this, but, this album is a big disappointment. There were times listening to this album that I swear I thought I was listening to something written for children. The whole album, to me it seemed, just lacked the usual edge found in Al's music. I kept waiting for it, but it just wasn't there. There is just nothing edgy or even clever on the whole CD. From start to finish, this whole CD is almost as saccharine as anything I've heard in recent memory, and is almost certainly one that Ned Flanders himself would approve of. There just wasn't a track on this album as strong as say "Couch Potato", "A Complicated Song" or even "The Saga Begins". In fact, maybe it's because I don't listen to Hip Hop and R&B Stations, but outside of American Idiot, and Ridin', I didn't recognize any of the other songs parodied on this CD. Couldn't Al have picked songs that were perhaps a bit more universally known? Why Taylor Hicks? Certainly "Invisible" or "Since You've Been Gone" were both far more popular songs by artists from American Idol. What about The Darkness? Bon Jovi's last album was pretty popular. Who though, outside of fans of that genre know anything about Charmillionaire, Usher, or R. Kelly (At least his recent work)?

Perhaps years of seeing the vulgar humor of Trey Parker and Matt Stone, Mike Judge, and Kevin Smith have made me totally numb to this type of family friendly stuff, but I really didn't find anything here funny at all. I know I've said this before, but is it possible that after disappointing sales of Poodle Hat, Al has decided to give up on achieving any mainstream popularity and is simply pandering to the Radio Disney crowd? Is the video for "White and Nerdy" going to debut on The N? Overall I just feel that this is a weak album. 4/10
