Cinnamon went and posted some teasers over at WayLive. He did three songs, "If I Could Make Love To A Bottle," "Mr. Frump In The Iron Lung" and "Wanna B Ur Lovr."

Wow. He bought out a dirty song, a forgotten song, and a subtle innuendo song. Very strange indeed.

I'll bet "If I Could Make Love To A Bottle" put everybody in a festive Christmassy mood.

What the hay? Did Al just pick random songs out of a hat?

Does that mean we have lyrics?? Or *ahem* MP3s?

Well, we've always had lyrics to the first song mentioned, however brief it was. Mp3s would be cool! :lookround: I thought it was pretty funny that he included that first song. I think I would have laughed my head off, hearing him sing that song!

Oh shoot. I was thinking OOMO. <disappointment> Still, I'd love to hear the other one.

I had a feeling that was what you were thinking of. Yeah, that would have been pretty funny! Lucky Cinnamon. I hope she posts pics. She said she would try. *crosses fingers*

Odd that he didn't do "The Night Santa Went Crazy" considering the theme of the event, but at least two of those songs would have been a treat for those who went.

Would I be correct in assuming from the absence of references to TBITB that Al was performing solo? In which case the song choices make some sense: two songs from his college coffeehouse accordion-solo days and a new one that is a) an absolute HOOT in live performance and b) so full of Beckish, unreproducible-in-concert weird noises that having Al sing to a recorded track wouldn't seem like a cheat on the audience. Most of Al's more recent songs if done without the band would be like getting the peanut butter without the jelly.
